Under this heading there are many fetishes, bdsm, and sexual role play that people may decide to try that involve urine. Without singling out one specific activity I am choosing to focus on the risks and safety issues. Urine is essentially safe for most sexual activities outside of the body. Just beware of abrasions, cuts, or pimples on the skin as those can be potential infection sites if your partner has some sort of bacterial infection in their urine such as Chlamydia or Gonorrhea.
